Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and virtually.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and work with a broader Intuit team to deliver end-to-end service. The role emphasizes community presence, training, and a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of federal/state 1040 returns prepared
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/photo for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
