Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will build relationships, grow local client base, participate in community events, and maintain ongoing client engagements year-round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/year).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
