You will connect customers with a broader team of specialists, grow the local client base, and participate in community events with marketing support from TurboTax. This role emphasizes end-to-end service and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per season.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base and grow TurboTax presence in the community.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
