Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Develop long-term relationships and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Represent TurboTax with professionalism in person and via video tools.
