Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation, advisory, and software support at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, acting as a trusted local advisor and growth driver for your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s recommended.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, ~20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Intuit teams for comprehensive client solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Skills

Enrolled Agent (EA)

CPA/CPA license

Tax preparation experience

Active PTIN

Upskilling in additional services

Onsite 20 hrs/week + 8-5 schedule

English/Spanish bilingual a plus
