Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance. You will collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end support, from simple W-2 returns to complex business scenarios, while building strong community relationships.

You will grow the local client base, leverage marketing tools, and help clients understand the Intuit ecosystem for year-round financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete required training and compliance programs.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding/ad campaigns.
• Support local marketing and be active in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Develop long-term relationships, delivering end-to-end tax support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
