Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business tax needs while collaborating with specialists to deliver a complete financial solution. Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business, including compliance and up-skilling.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and marketing initiatives.
