Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with a team of tax professionals and leverage Intuit resources to serve both in-person and virtual clients, addressing complex and simple tax needs while growing the local client base. You will partner with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to provide seamless, end-to-end support and drive

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and required where applicable.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (≥30 returns/season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax rules.
• Openness to expanding to bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Support simple to complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Participate in local marketing and client growth activities.
• Collaborate with specialists to serve clients end-to-end.
• Engage with community events and build local client base.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in-person and virtually.
