Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences, from preparation to advisory services.

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week; training and development required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, driving local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term client journeys.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax planning and queries using TurboTax tools.
