Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will connect clients with a broad team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, driving year-round support and community engagement. This role emphasizes hands-on service, market development, and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 preparation for 30+ Federal/State returns per season, familiar with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products like bookkeeping and payroll for year-round support.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term advisory partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
