Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in new locations across the United States. Onsite, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, while building strong local relationships.

You will expand TurboTax’s local client base, collaborate with tax specialists, and help clients access the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support and year-round prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
