Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will prepare full tax returns, offer expert tax advice, and support customers in-person at a TurboTax location and via virtual channels.

You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end financial support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time for 20+ hours/week.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize taxes, and offer planning advice.
• Build local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
