Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. On-site role focused on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building lasting client relationships and contributing to community growth.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax and advisory services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality client experience.
