Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation and advice for personal and small-business needs. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, conducting community outreach, and growing TurboTax’s presence while leveraging Intuit marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training and up-skilling.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with discovery sessions, deductions optimization, and tax planning advice.
• Lead local growth through outreach, partnerships, and networking to build a client base.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and address tax-related inquiries.
