Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and building local relationships.

You’ll collaborate with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, while growing the client base and ensuring exceptional service. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
