Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, while collaborating with a broader team of tax professionals to offer end-to-end support for personal and business returns.

The role emphasizes growing the local client base, building trust in the community, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver a seamless service and year-round guidance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain long-term client relationships.
