Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while coordinating with a team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base, deliver personalized service, and help clients navigate complex situations from W‑2 filings to business income and amendments.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns per season).
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
