Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end services, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning offerings while growing the local customer base. The role emphasizes community engagement, in-person and virtual client support, and a strong customer-centric approach to help clients achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 1040 returns (≥30 per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Training and compliance requirements will apply.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Connect clients withIntuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver outstanding end-to-end customer experiences in person and virtually.
