Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location across the United States. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients to a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns and planning.
• Build and grow a local client base through community outreach and partnerships, acting as the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end tax and financial services.
• Foster long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and virtually.
• Present a professional, helpful image and use marketing tools to expand TurboTax presence in the community.
