Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with tax specialists offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience with a focus

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparer experience (1040s).
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Engage with the local community to grow the client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for a full service approach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
