Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in new locations across the United States. Onsite role focusing on full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
