Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to assist clients at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual clients.

You will also grow the local client base, build relationships, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. This role requires onsite presence and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location and wear uniforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
