Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join a new location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation for individuals and small businesses, both in person and virtually, collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory areas with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, Monday–Friday, 20+ hours/week; training may be required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping/payroll/advisory options.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
