Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation at a local TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You'll collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service and help clients navigate personal and small-business tax needs. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end support for clients.
