The role focuses on growing the local client base, delivering proactive tax guidance, and collaborating with marketing tools to build community trust and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Bridge clients to the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for ongoing client loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing tools and resources to drive local engagement and referrals.
