Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax office.

You will engage with clients on-site and virtually, building deep understanding of their financial picture and coordinating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning. You’ll grow the local business through community outreach, events, and referrals while ensuring a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service standards.
