Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, engage with the community, and connect customers with a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; familiarity with tax laws and Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite and 20+ hours/week; able to upskill in related services.
• Comfort with uniforms and marketing-facing responsibilities; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review personal and business tax returns; provide tax guidance.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for integrated service.
• Deliver excellent client experience and use Intuit marketing tools.
