Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals, providing tax advice, complex tax handling, and software support, while growing your local client base and delivering an end-to-end customer experience. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build relationships, and connect clients to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Drive local growth with outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and address tax inquiries.
• Maintain professional presentation and on-site customer interactions.
