Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and community engagement. You will partner with specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit services and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base, conduct community workshops, and act as the local face of TurboTax while upholding Intuit’s standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local community ambassador and drive growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
