Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations nationwide. You will work on-site, prepare taxes, provide expert advice, and connect clients with a broader Intuit team to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

You’ll grow the local client base, attend community events, and collaborate with marketing tools to build trust and loyalty while supporting holistic tax advisory services. This role is on-site and customer-facing.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional local TurboTax experience and maintain client relationships.
