Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice while connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem for end-to-end support.

You will build local client relationships, drive community engagement, and collaborate with specialists to address complex tax situations, all while meeting training, uniform, and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development; uniform required; name usage for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.
• Experience with tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist in business growth and community outreach to build local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
