Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert advice, and integrate with specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

You will build local client relationships, drive community engagement, and leverage Intuit tools to expand the customer base while delivering personalized tax solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use name/picture for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Handle simple to complex personal and business tax situations and amendments
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term customer relationships in local markets
• Engage with community events and local partnerships to expand brand awareness
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
