Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem while building local relationships.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
