Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA/CPA with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base via outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
