Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will help grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with local marketing to build community presence and client loyalty.
