Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to cover personal and business needs.

You will actively grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and help clients navigate comprehensive financial solutions within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• onsite availability 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri for minimum 20 hours/week.
• Compliance and training requirements, uniforms, and advertising usage rules apply.
• Ability to build a local/community presence and participate in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, planning and more.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
