Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations across the United States, delivering full‑service tax returns, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the local community.

You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experiences, grow the local client base, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes year‑round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.
• Willing to be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local/social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; tax advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end client service across offerings.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in person and virtually.
