Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to cover business and personal taxes in a connected, end‑to‑end experience.

You’ll also act as a community ambassador, grow a local client base, and participate in marketing efforts to raise brand and service awareness. Previous tax experience and active PTIN are required.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience with professional software.
• Willing to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, simple to complex.
• Engage with clients to understand full financial picture and connect to specialists.
• Deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
