Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, perform full-service tax return preparation, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local client growth.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with tax-related questions in person and via video tools.
