Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios while collaborating with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists. You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving TurboTax practice.

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador in the community and marketing efforts
