Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking talented TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns and offer personalized tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will partner with a team of specialists to address complex personal and business tax situations, expand the local client base, and provide a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will build relationships in the community, support marketing efforts, and deliver high-quality service while working onsite, primarily 20+ hours

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location and available 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear provided uniforms.
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert, with local marketing support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local ambassador to grow the client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
