Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with software and planning needs.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience, while growing the local client base and building trusted relationships in the community.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
