Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios and connecting them with Intuit’s ecosystem of services for year‑round support. Role requires onsite presence, strong tax knowledge, and a community-focused mindset to build a local client base and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with clients and specialists
