Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and grow local business at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site, serving in-person and virtual customers, collaborating with specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience while helping clients navigate various tax scenarios. Strong tax knowledge, community outreach, and willingness to upskill are essential, as is solving complex tax issues with

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTINs required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s for individuals/businesses.
• Familiar with Circular 230 tax rules.
• Willing to work onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Uniforms provided by Intuit; branding requirements apply.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive financial solutions.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and professional conduct.
• Engage clients across in-person and virtual meetings using Intuit tools.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with accuracy and care.
