Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and collaborating with a broader team of specialists across Intuit services. You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, guide them through complex scenarios, and leverage marketing tools to grow community presence

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• CPA or Attorney with relevant tax experience is a plus.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into adjacent service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office in the United States and able to work 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships to grow TurboTax usage.
• Coordinate with Intuit’s ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools and platforms.
