Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, collaborating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will also grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll for year-round support.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and wear uniforms; may be used for advertising.
• Willing to build a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships to build a client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
