Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on‑site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events with TurboTax marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and nurture relationships.
