Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios and collaborating with a broader team of specialists for end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and use TurboTax tools to deliver a seamless customer experience, both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for clients.
