Intuit, Inc. is seeking seasoned TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, advise on tax matters, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering an exceptional in-person customer experience.

Role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours/week, and strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with PTIN and state licenses. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and uniform wearing is expected.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for filing taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, 20+ hours/week, Sundays-Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds with future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
