Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor in the community.

Ideal candidates have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax return experience using professional software. Onsite availability 20+ hours weekly is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience (federal/state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients in the local community.
